Last Saturday, 10 May, Gilly’s Cocktail Saloon was the place to be as punters and partygoers were treated to bold, expertly blended drinks crafted by the legends at Authentic Batching Co. and served by your favourite Steinbok crew.

What We Were Slingin’ at Gilly’s:

• ABC’s Pornstar Martini – A smooth, tropical classic with that signature Steinbok flair.
• ABC’s Margarita – Citrusy, sharp, and ready to party – always a trackside favourite.

Teamed up with Eastcoast Beverages, every cocktail hit the sweet spot. From the first race to final toast, our bar was buzzing with good vibes, big flavours and even bigger smiles.

Sweet Sips for Mum – The Strawberry Cream

This Mother’s Day, raise a glass to Mum with something smooth, sweet and a little bit cheeky, our Strawberry & Cream Shot. It’s the perfect treat to serve at brunch, dessert hour, or your next family toast.
