Last June 7-8, Steinbok and Authentic Batching Co. hit the scenic Glenworth Valley for two days of music, flavour and full-on festive energy. The festival brought together foodies, music lovers, and cocktail fans from across NSW for two unforgettable days of indulgence and entertainment. And right at the heart of the fun? The Gilly’s Cocktail Saloon, proudly serving up crowd favourites from Steinbok and Authentic Batching Co.
We came armed with flavour classic ABC Margaritas, crowd-favourite Pornstar Martinis and refreshing mixers that flew off the bar faster than we could shake them. Whether people stopped by for a taste or stayed for the whole setlist, the Saloon was buzzing all weekend long.
It was the perfect winter escape: rolling hills, live tunes, local eats and some of the smoothest cocktails this side of the valley.
