Blue Melon Bomb

Ingredients:

• 30mL Steinbok Blue Curacao
• 30mL Steinbok Watermelon Liqueur
• Lemonade
• Barman’s Choice Sugar Syrup

Add to a high ball glass:

1. Add ice, then Watermelon liqueur, then top up with Soda Water.
2. Drizzle the Blue Curacao over the top.
3. Add Barman’s Choice Sugar Syrup to taste.
