- 30mL Steinbok Mango Liqueur
- 30mL White Rum
- Fresh Mango Pieces (Frozen chunks from the supermarket are great!)
- 10mL Barman’s Choice Lime Juice
Add to a blender:
- Add ice with the liqueur and rum.
- The frozen chunks of mango – throw in 4 to 5 pieces.
- Add the lime juice and blend.
- Run the frozen concoction into a deep style martini glass.
- A lime wagon wheel looks great as a garnish.
