Mango Daiquiri

  • 30mL Steinbok Mango Liqueur
  • 30mL White Rum
  • Fresh Mango Pieces (Frozen chunks from the supermarket are great!)
  • 10mL Barman’s Choice Lime Juice
Add to a blender:
  1. Add ice with the liqueur and rum.
  2. The frozen chunks of mango – throw in 4 to 5 pieces.
  3. Add the lime juice and blend.
  4. Run the frozen concoction into a deep style martini glass.
  5. A lime wagon wheel looks great as a garnish.
