Strawberry Mojito

Ingredients:

• 30mL Steinbok Strawberry Liqueur
• 30mL White Rum
• Fresh Mint Leaves
• Lime Wedges
• 10mL Barman’s Choice Sugar Syrup
• Ice

Add to a shaker:

1. Muddle the lime wedges and leave in the shaker.
2. Add the liquor and mint leaves then shake hard.
3. Dump the complete ingredients into an old fashioned and you are as good as anyone in the business.
